Square Trade said after receiving receipts they would call back 24 hours, never happened. We called back two weeks after to find out status of claim. Finally, all worked out well, new TV delivered. They do not sell warranty on their replacement TV.

I asked for a refund as I returned the item I insured. It slipped thru the cracks. Luckily I saw it on my account. Contacted them thru Amazon and within a day all was sorted and I received my credit.

My rug doctor carpet extractor was leaking from both fresh water and dirty water compartments, so I emailed square trade and they sent me a check for the value of my machine. I quickly got a new one and finished the job! Couldn’t be happier with outcome.

Samsung 65" tv started behaving badly. Called Square Trade and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. Simple fix - new remote. Been working fine ever since.

I was promised that if I sent my broken (speaker stopped working! NO SOUND!) cell to them over night that I would receive a new cell phone over nighted back to me FedEx....That was June 19th 2020. Today is July 5th 2020 and I DO NOT have my cell replacement! After over a dozen calls and several CSR's I was giving a FedEx tracking number. I checked it and it said delivered by Friday 07/03/2020 8p.m. Did not receive it! So I called again. And all I was told was I AM SORRY I CAN NOT HELP YOU! WTH??? I have purchased many SquareTrade accidental damage warranties over the years. Sadly, I had to make a claim on this one. I was told up front the repair would only take 1-2 business days. It has currently been over 10 full business days since they received my item at their repair center. Aside from me calling in, there has been zero communication from SquareTrade in regards to these delays. After trying to file a claim for several months, because my email address on file with Square Trade did not match up in their system, and no where on the internet could I find a phone number to call to talk to anyone, I looked at their FaceBook website and posted about my frustration. The very next morning I received a phone call from Square Trade customer service.
