"I purchased a warranty on a motorola cell phone in August of 2007 and had to file a claim. My experience with Square Trade can be summarized in one word "Outstanding". The square trade rep took the time to understand my concern about the item and immediately said that Square Trade would accept the claim. I bought a Flatscreen 42" and noticed a problem in the screens appearance, made the claim and they reimbursed me the purchase price within 1 business day. I could not believe the turn around time. My Samsung washing machine is still not fixed. I’m waiting for resolution for the same issue for the 3rd time in about 6 weeks.
