The claim process says it will take 2-5 days & will be updated throughout repair neither of which happened. Had laptop back for less than 2 weeks, and has the same issue as before
18V milwaukee clone battery that after a year puked. Customer service pawns you off to the manufacturer first and then you have to convince them that the OEM couldn't care less and they finally paid a pro-rated amount that was satisfactory.
Got a new TV. I told them what was wrong and they sent me a new TV without even sending it in.

first of all they couldnt find my plan from walmart. i had to submit my receipt wich the door greater had done a big **** check mark. Marking through numbers they needed so my plan was void. because it couldnt be verified.

I sent in a headset for repair. I never got an email or any form of communication that the headset even arrived to you all for repair. I used the tracking number through FedEx and it showed it arrived on January 4 2024. Here it is January 16, 2024 and still have not heard anything. I tried chatting with a claims specialist online and got a message saying "there are no agents available. Please try again later". This is ridiculous and should have at least some better form of communication.
