Was forced to accept an inferior model under warranty, given no other choices. I guess the d-series means downgraded. I'm not happy with square trade and given the fact that i have enjoyed vizio tv's in the past after this 1 goes out that's where vizio will stay also, in the past.

I never received my replacement item

Received same damaged charger when computer returned
I did not receive an email letting me know my claim was approved. I found out when I logged back in for an update. Every other part of the claim was fast and smooth
Bought a power washer through Walmart online. Company was later found to be overseas and had a history of changing names to avoid honoring the manufacturers warranty. Square Trade simply refunded my money.
We were confused with the list of causes for return that we had to choose from Our problem was paper jam with noise.
