Was told they repair or replace product. They wanted to refund price of item. Not acceptable. Don't waste your money

I have bought and use SquareTrade/ Allstate for years for all of my needs. The service was so poor this time around that I have canceled all of my on going contracts and will NEVER use them again !!!!!!!

They had me sit on the phone for 45 min to try and resolve the issue. That didn't work so they did stuff on their end which didn't work either and then they wanted us to call roku so we did.. still not working so we started the whole process over, they decided it was a roku issue even after we told them all other 6 TV's in the house were working great! We finally had to talk with Supervisor and debate the whole thing again and finally was granted a replacement tv. We had to call another company which gave me a number to yet ... read more

I was given a form to fill out for a paid claim then a email that reversed that claim. I was given the number to the manufacture and after several messages no one returned my calls and they never answer the phone. I am out of money and my claim is marked closed.

I was given no explanation as to why the accidental warranty was not offered to me. I spent $1500 on a T.V. atCostco and bought the only warranty offered to me ( standard ) only to find out my issue will not be covered. No point in buying warranties anymore.

It took so many contacts with Allstate to get my claim for a $20 TV antenna resolved. A prolonged, extremely painful experience. In the end, after first being told my claim was denied, and after I had to whine a little, magically my claim was approved. Hopefully the check is in the mail but, based on my experience with Allstate to date, I'll believe it when I see it. I spent more time in chat exchanges just to get a reduced, pro-rata settlement on my antenna. Wouldn't want to ever go through this again!

I was paid out and told that I can throw everything away once I receive my payment 3 days later allstate square trade opened up an investigation and is now refusing to pay me back because I don't have a receipt from 6 months ago a supervisor Ruthanne called Walmart with me and Walmart said they can't go back that far anymore and I'm still waiting for my money almost a month later

I tried to make a claim and get a return sticker but it showed up blank on my phone.. Then I had to contact the help website and they said go on your computer… What if I didn’t have one.. So I went on my computer and it was there.. But Sheesh I shouldn’t of had to do that..
