refund was handled promptly after claim was filed. however I was not given the full amount of the original purchase price. I was told because I was given their fair market value and the product was used. this product was new when I purchased it I feel since they had the original receipt for this product I should have been given the full purchase price.

TV was flickering on and off. They replaced parts and issue was not resolved so tech said it much be the HDMI cable, so I asked them if they had another HDMI cable to see if that was really the issue, they said "No". How can you have a van full of parts and tools to fix a TV and not have a simple HDMI cable??? So of course they left, I went and got a new HDMI cable only to discover that made no difference, so now I have to wait to see what they will do next! If you purchase something of value use square trade warranty you will not be disappointed. I had to use my warranty after 15 months on LED lights. I filed 2 claims in one day on there web site. I had no problems within hours I had confirmation of receipt and settlement. The checks arrived in 3 days. I will only use Square trade in the future for warranty service.

When I purchased the plan, I was not made aware of all the steps involved in filling a claim. Offshore customer care is incompetent and rude. I had to send my phone off to 2 separate repair facilities for them to finally tell me it was defective and replace it. The saga lasted three weeks.

My issue is still unresolved because RCA keeps playing games. Thus far, they are supposed to be calling me but because RCA refuses to leave a name, phone number, and extension, I can't call them. They still refuse to believe that my warranty is for 2 years and they wish to discuss it. It is what it is! What the hell is there to discuss?

Your services are frustrating and very poor, was on a call for 8 hours and the issues still don’t have solution, your staff knows your policy in parts and are confused about, one tells what to do the next minute another tells something else, your service is crazy. I still need my refund
