when I got my apple I watch back the screen was replaced from being cracked. But when I charged and turned it on there is a static nosie everytime that I get a message or a phone call, alert.
I told the operator that I had two issues. It would sometimes NOT turn on AND it had DL error. Well the tech came and fixed the DL error but it not the power button even though I said 4 times it was a power button issue as well. He said I needed to call back since he wasn’t told it was an issue
How many more times do I need to answer this? I have answered this 3 times all ready. Quit harassing me!
Called to get my tv serviced and after all the tests I was told I was going to get a refund

I didn’t get the correct amount sent back, sent an email about it they said I had to restart the claim. I tried but they had changed the claim number and it was just a mess. The difference was only $5 but I was told it would cover the whole amount.

It has been almost 10 days now without a TV. 2 shipments of parts have arrived with no contact information for the tech to install. Judging by the size of the components, it would have been easier to replace the TV and return the other for refurbishment.
