I got accident coverage for a monitor, when trying to make a claim they will say that they do not accept monitors. Here is they exact email wording... "We do not offer accidental coverage on stationary items , such as a monitor" Meanwhile the Policy I received on email clearly states provisions for computer monitors... ---K. Called square trade when I had an issue with my phone and they said they couldn't honor and would refund the money for the coverage. I read the coverage from the email they sent me to the lady I was speaking to which said was part of the coverage but she just gave me a run around, what a complete waste of my time.

We purchased a printer with warranty and so glad that we had the warranty as the printer was horrible. We contacted SquareTrade via online and was able to get our claim processed quickly, along with the check within a week of the claim. We are sorry that we had to go through the process with this printer, however, SquareTrade surely delivered on their warranty agreement.

Still waiting for a refund on the Flute.

I have worked for a couple of hours with a tech and the solution was to purchase a Roku or another device similar, and this should connect by ethernet and the problem would be solved. So I did and I still have the same problem the roku connects to my wireless connection but not the ethernet through my TV. I was told it was a manufacturing flaw so the product doesn't work as it is supposed to and I purchased a warranty to either fix, repair or replace the product and I was offered a band aid.

They walk you through a process to confirm there is something wrong with your item. Once confirmed, they send a NEW (not refurbished) item to your house in a couple of days. Wish most things were this simple.

Replacement TV was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. Now supposed to be the 16th. Since it just left Minot ND today, I doubt if it will arrive tomorrow. We'll see. I don't do reviews until the transaction is complete.
