Before Allstate bought them they were great. Now they send you on wild goose chases via email and phone. They wanted me to repair a dehumidifier at at cellphone repair shop. ;)

I payed the insurance and my bike isn't fixed,the crap you have to go through.I had to send Amazon pictures in which they didn't get because I am not that computer savvy.

the phone had been dropped. First when we sent it in they emailed us and said there was a lock on the phone which there was not so the phone sat for a full day before they did anything with it because they thought it was locked. The work that was done on the phone was horrible. The phone still does not work correctly, you have to listen to the calls on speakerphone or you can not hear the caller. I will NEVER buy another square trade warranty. Not worth the money.

I took 3 weeks to get my parts and then 3 days to get an email for technician. I called the technician, which took 2 days for him to pick up, and they said they would not do anymore work for square trade because they did not pay him for past work. Great job square trade.

Had some issues with a product. Was treated with respect and guided thru the process. Appreciate their profession .

Called about a cellphone that was not working. Every agent I spoke with hit telling me to hard reset the phone, when I clearly and repeatedly explained that the phone wouldn't charge or power on. They told me that until I could perform a reset they couldn't help me. I called for a week straight. By the second week I was frustrated and it took me to scream and holler at the last agent I spoke with for him to approve my claim and have me send in the phone for repair or replacement.

Purchased a phone 4 months ago and reached out to square trade about my warranty and they replied instantly that my phone was still under the manufacturers warranty. This information avrd me a lot of energy and time in getting the phone repaired locally.

I had a projector that had the HDMI not working correctly, and I have sent it back twice while each time experience the same problems when I get the projector back. They keep saying it is fine on their end. Not reliable, won't use again.
