No help nit good experience

Following the failure of my 4 yr old, 50 in TV I spent about 20 minutes TELCON with a Squaretrade tech, then emailed in some photos to a site that the tech had set up to verify the failure. Following a few more emails, I received full compensation IAW my contract. Very well pleased. DV Riser Mineral,VA

I sent my phone off a month ago and still haven't received any response from them. I've never had this problem when purchasing insurance from Walmart. Never again will I buy the insurance from there if it's there square trade.

Issue taken care of immeditely

I don't normally purchase additional protection on purchases. Thankfully I did on a office chair. I contacted SquareTrade and they resolved my problem with one phone call. Going forward I will buy coverage from them on most purchases since the quality of goods made today are breaking shortly after you take them home.

Been waiting 4 months on settlement of $200 on phone. They are trying to charge me 29.00 deductible on a plan when sold didn't have a deductible.

Very frustrating dealing with them.

I lost my headphones but since square trade is not an insurance company they were not covered. What a total waste of money. Do not buy, ever. Worthless.
