My son's Android smartphone got a cracked screen, so Square Trade gave us a replacement. He could not download any apps on the new phone. We are going to return the new phone if we cannot get the new phone to work and just use the old phone.

I purchased the three-year warranty on my latest printer (HP8630) and was delighted it held out for two and a half years before the print head died (I never had a simple print head failure in any of the last seven printers I'd purchased). Went online to SquareTrade and reported the failure with an expectation of getting enough back to buy this relatively expensive part (almost the price of the printer when purchased). They didn’t help me at all

SquareTrade has yet to repair or replace my drop-damaged iPad after two attempts shipping it to them. There is obvious crush damage to the body of the iPad and the first time they simply replaced a screen and the second time they advised there was no issue. I will be filing with my state insurance commissioner and BBB if this issue is not resolved.

Square Trade promised a refund check on my blue ray purchase. Over a month later now, still no check received.

My school bought extended warranties from Square Trade(30) for TV's. 2 of them broke withing a year and they repaired them no problem. They were very nice and helpful through the process. Then a 3rd one broke and I was told that Square Trade does not work with schools, or corporations. So now I have a dead TV and a warranty that I cannot use. Very disappointed!

I purchased an extended warranty for my LG at the time of purchase. I called the manufacturer to discuss my issues with the TV and was told to contact Square Trade to discuss the issue. In doing so I found out that the TV was not repairable and that they would replace my TV with one that was similar. The whole ordeal only took a couple of days. I'm waiting for my replacement, which I was told would take 7 to 10 business days. I would purchase another warranty from Square Trade for sure!

The process is taking forever and getting to the point of even filing a claim was ridiculous .. First the # they gave me was wrong then I had to send them a copy of my receipt to “verify” I purchased there plan.... that took 2 days then I had to call them to file a claim because the new # they gave me was not acceptable to the computer.... now finally I have the product in to them and it’s been 3 days with no information.... this process has taken more than 2 weeks and is still going ! That’s just way to long
