After less then a year with headphones SquareTrade told me I had to call my manufacturer and gave me the number. But it wasn't valid and I had no way to contact them. SquareTrade said they'd cover my headphones since I couldn't contact manufacturer. That was just what I hoped for. Thanks!
Called in on 8/15 for service. Never got a call by 8/17. Called SquareTrade to see what the issue was. Was told to wait for repair facility to call me. Was given phone number to call repair facility. I called repair facility on 8/20. They never received the claim for service. Now 8/21, new claimed filed. It's now 8/22, waiting for call from repair facility until 12pm. This is my response to your survey regarding our claim #046931691139 C664773 I struggled throughout this whole “WARRANTY” process. On July 2nd 2018 our Samsung TV’s visual went out yet there was still audio. So on July 3rd I first called Costco Concierge Service around 8 AM that our Samsung TV was not working. TV was approved for exchange. First TV came and screen was cracked. Return, approval and replacement took a bit of time. Second exchange TV was shipped. Opened it and the second TV screen was also cracked. Had to go through the whole process again. Finally recieved reimbursement approval. I do not know the amount approved.
UPDATE – After reading my review SquareTrade contacted me. While maintaining that damage was not included in my coverage, they did offer to reimburse me as a good will gesture. I got my phone repaired, submitted my receipt, and did receive a full reimbursement. Hopefully, there’s new management at SquareTrade and they’re working to be the reliable, honest company we all hope to do business with. Well my earphones were stolen , & I thought my warranty covers that issue. I thought to do a claim but it didn’t go through because the warranty doesn’t cover stolen earphones
After several phone attempts to solve the problem and being lied to, I was told that you did not have a service shop in my area and you were going to replace the tv with a reconditioned tv of a different model. I said that was not acceptable and I needed to talk to a manager. I never received the promised call back so I ordered one of the replacements because I feared that otherwise I would end up with nothing.

Troubleshooting allows for the issue to be diagnosed and in many cases resolved without needing a tech. In some instances when a repair is required, we do not have an available in network repair tech, and an alternate resolution is presented.
