My wife dropped her camera, damaging the lens. The same day, after completing the claim form, ST emailed a shipping label, and we sent it that afternoon. Four days later, we received the repaired camera back. Originally, when she purchased the camera, she did not want to buy the added protection. I insisted and now she is very glad we did. She is already looking at another new camera. (She uses her camera almost every day.) I am sure she will want the added protection.
I recieved the parts by monday and scheduled for repair tuesday nobody show up or called me i called they told me tuesday we will come same thing happened nobody came or called me i called they told me friday so am waiting
Now, this is what I'm talking about. Everything about my last communication was great. Square Trade makes it so easy. They stand by the warranty and I trust them a lot. I don't see why I wouldn't use this company for everything I buy. In my case, the warranty starts with Square Trade and then gets moved to the products company. Watch broke from normal wear and tear on the band and they did not want to cover it, it took several times to finally get them to agree to even take it and when they finally did, they decided they didn’t want to fix it and gave me my money back on the warranty. They could not fix my watch or hold their side of the warranty.

Was not happy with the computer service it took over 2 hours it wouldn't download the receipt I took wasted my time was not happy with it. I only got a hold of someone that said it would take 7 to 10 minutes took over half an hour to resolve the issue was really not happy with the service I don't like to talk to someone on the type in on the computer I prefer talking to a live person on the phone voice to voice not typing everything cuz my spelling is bad
Fixed original problem, However, now have another problem.
my 3d , 4k tb claim was approved , and i paid 1250 for the tv. i was offerd a 500 dollar tv that was not even close to the specs of my first one. i asked to be paid out instead so i could purchase another one myself off amazon and htey refused.
Call director was frustrating. Once I reached a live person all went extremely well and got a good replacement phone overnight.
