All representatives i have been communicating with have been helpful, the only issues I have, is 1) had to go thru Sams and receipt because Square Trade could not find copy of my Protection Plan, 2) had to take a picture of my receipt and send it to Square Trade to verify i had a protection plan 3) then I had to receive a returned address label by email, my printer is not working, so I had to go to neighbor to print, 4) I have to to purchase another phone, set it up and disconnect one being returned 5) wrap phone that isn't ... read more

Great results to my broken tv. Received money back since Squatetrade could not find a replacement TV
Could not repair TV so money for a replacement was issued.
My speaker had a feel broken off, I was told this was not able to be fixed because it was physical damage and that was not under my warranty. It also would not charge, I was told the charging problem could be resolved so I shipped it out to Square Trade and I received it back because the wheel was missing when I only wanted the charging issue to be fixed.

Well they did not consider a hoverboard a scooter at first and denied me. So I had to call up. Much better to conveyor concerns to a live receptionist than it is with an automated system online.
