Worst Warranty Experience Ever!! Purchased an Uber Scoot 1600 watt scooter for my son at wallmart for $685 for scooter $77 for Square trade warranty and $60 tax Total $822. The port for charging my laptop was broken ... no charging cord would work without fiddling with it. I was sent the laptop back with a used, generic cord and the port was still loose -- I had to be sure that the laptop was charging and it would only work if the cord was set in a specific way. I have had to send it back a second time.

I don't have a box or label to send my computer to you for repairs. Way to go ST.

I was transferred way too many times--or Numbers did not work--or Consumer Cellular had to transfer me into Square Trade and still it was so confusing !!!

I purchased a tablet at Costco and the sales man recommended I go online and purchase a squretrade warranty for accidents as I was getting it for my daughter. I have not heard back on my repair. They sent me three copies informing me of the procedure to return mt phone, all had different claim numbers, There're seems to be some confusion. It has been several days and I have not heard anything. poor service
