" Only first call was kindly handled. Later they took too long to give me a solution. I needed to travel out of town and a Steve from technical support called twice so I sent a message saying was out of town and inquired when I came back 2 days ago. I would like service not telephone instructions because the pronunciation of some of the people has a heavy foreign accent besides my being hard of hearing. I asked about my claim in an e'mail on Monday. Still no answer whatsoever."

"My TV display went out, contacted Square Trade, they sent out parts for the TV and a tech came about a week later to install new parts, TV still was not working. Next day received email letting me know I would be sent a new TV and three choices given, I selected one, and new TV was received a few days later. I was also told the remaining time for my purchased warranty would carry over to new TV. However, I cannot buy a new warranty for the new replacement TV. "I was pleasantly surprised by the attention I received while giving my reason for needing a replacement Doro824 cell phone. I was told 3 to 5 business days for delivery, and it took only 2 days. Now, the disappointing part of my review: the cell phone they sent me is one that was fixed for whatever reason it was returned. "Purchased a Square Trade Warranty for a refurbished Samsung HDTV from Sears in July 2016. Had an issue with the set June 2017 and contacted Square Trade for help. Service agent suggested a solution that required turning off the set for 3 days; less than 30 minutes later, agent called back to say that my Warranty was being revoked because it was for a refurbished product. "My coverage was for a water well pump which is not there normal product. The customer service rep gave me the standard procedure but then listened to my story. He help me try to locate the mfg warranty, and when neither of us could, he went to his supervisor and had the claim approved. This is an example of a company standing behind their product, Good job, This is my 4th policy and will not be the last."
