"Based on internet reviews, I insured my Samsung Galaxy 7 phone with Square Trade. When I phone broke, I had to mail it to them and some random repair outfit emailed me and not Square Trade. Since that email went to my spam over the weekend and the ST site did not have that update, I didn't get to know about that email until after. "Bought defective Motorola from customer cellular. Changed from old technology to smart phone. Thought it was an age related learning curve. NO, the phone proved to be defective!! By that time, we could not return it and get our money back; had to prove it defective one more time in order to exchange it for another Motorola. Your coverage was of no value during this because of Motorola and customer cellular policy. Your report was easy to work with and tried to interced for us. "

"It took several calls to them to get my issues resolved. They did not want to honor there warr. I was hung up on.The store ( office depot ) who sold me the extended warr. was of no help."

"It took me 3+ weeks of multiple phone calls and pictures. When repair man came it took only a couple of minutes to realized tv need to be replace???? I spent hours on phone trying to reach correct person. One time representative gave me wrong phone number and job number on email was incorrect. "

"My phone is failing with multiple problems. I filed a claim on the website. I received the phone call and was told where to get it fixed. The repair person felt that it could not be fixed completely and would be well over the cost of the phone to fix what could be fixed. I was told to send the phone in by SquareTrade rep and they would send me a reconditioned one within 5 days.
