I scheduled a evening appointment They decided they couldn’t make it Good luck speaking to Pakistan for tech support Not good

Process seems slow. Took 3days to receive shipment box. Sent in laptop over a week ago. My laptop is still not repaired or returned.

Once a device arrives at the repair facility, it is generally repaired within 2-5 business days. In some cases, there may be delays due to parts being on backorder. I believe I already completed your survey so do not remember all details. Representative made it easy to file a claim. He issued refund Guest Check while we were on the phone.

My laptop crashed, I sent it in and told me by two weeks, it's been two months. Saying they were waiting on parts. Have not heard any updates I had to constantly bug them and still get nothing. Then all of a sudden, after bugging them they say it's being replaced, 3 weeks later, I recieve a check for my laptop. Wtf? I have waited on work and schooling and I'm not even getting a laptop back. Horrible service. Very inconvenient and no communication.

bad experience when claiming my guarantee of a bluray burner, they first told me that I did not have to send the product, then they sent me an email that I had to send it and of course I had no problem sending it, they sent me an email to send it by fedex which came wrong and no information was seen, after a while I spoke and they did not solve anything, I could never do anything and I kept my defective bluray and I sent a guarantee that does not work, now I prefer not to put guarantee and agree that If my product fails it i... read more

I bought a camping bed at Walmart last year. At the time of check out I was given the option to purchase a Square Trade Contract for $7.00. I bought the same bed again this year but wasn't offered the Square Trade Contract. So I called Square Trade. They quoted me $16.00. I asked if they were looking in the "Hobby" section which is where the original contract was listed. The rep said, "We don't have that section listed. The internal coordination seems to be very ineffective between different teams within square trade.
