If i could give 0 stars i would. Still Haven't received my reimbursement outs been over 2 weeks since they received my phone and everyone i talk too someone about it i just get told to wait longer! It's ridiculous.. I shouldn't have to go through ask this

I sent my device in because the touch screen on my Fitbit Versa is not working. The device also constantly resets by itself and turns on and off randomly while I’m trying to use it. I sent my device in and it was sent back saying they had fixed it. Nothing was fixed. Still has the same problems and my wristband for the watch was damaged, but was not damaged when I sent it in.
contract says i get back what i payed not a prorated amount.
The technician fixed it but did not fix it all the way. It was a bad experience!

I purchased a 2 yr. warranty from Square Trade, when I bought a Dirt Devil hand held vacuum cleaner from Ebay. Eight months later, vacuum was not working. I called Square Trade, and they told me that they were not responsible for replacing it or helping me, since Dirt Devil was the manufacturer, and item in question was still under the original ONE yr. guarantee from the "Manufacturer!" Filed a claim December 12th still have not received my check!!!
I recently sent my laptop in for a screen repair. I was originally told it would take up to 5 days to repair with 2 days express shipping, so 7 days in total. Today makes 20 days with NO update on the repair or location of my computer or any explanation as to why a 7 to 8 day job has now turn into almost a month! Horrible experience, unprofessional and I truly will not be using another warranty with this company ever!
