Ive had to call in at least 4 times now to get assistance with my TV which cost me 2k at the time only a year a ago. Square keeps trying to pawn me off to Samsung and Samsung is telling me the warranty is already expired through them. Ive had a broken tv a week now and no resolution. Ive paid for the warranty and got nothing in return on my investment. I am now out 2k and a new tv.

Sent an 8-camera security system for repair directly to SquareTrade due to Nightvision not working. The repair report stated that the cameras were tested and cleaned. When returned to me, the electrical connectors remained severely rusted/corroded and my problem persists. Obviously, the connections were NOT properly cleaned and I presume that the cameras were not adequately tested, otherwise they would be working.

After 2 weeks the problem isn’t solved. Apparently they misunderstood what the problem is with my oven. I have received 2 orders for parts and neither one would fix the problem. Waiting on more parts.

I had an ice maker that stopped working, I submitted a claim online and within 24 hours I received a call from squaretrade settling the claim.
I have used the company on the past and was happy with their service. The last time they changed the rules. I couldn't take the printer back to the store as before. I had to file a "claim" and then they would decide what to do. The company "Depreciated" the printer even though it was a factory replacement only a few months old. They depreciated the unit from the initial purchase date. A real rip off to the customer. Saved the company a few bucks but, if you rip off enough people I sure it adds up to some serious money. Disappointed that Replacement was not current year model. Transport of replacement TV was problematic. TV was delivered a day late and dropped off at front door. not the white glove service I was expecting. Also the bottom exterior of the TV box was extremely dirty, leaving marks on my carpet which will have to be professionally cleaned.
