I found this process frustrating because I couldn't speak to someone regarding the issue. I uploaded my receipt for the purchase of my phone when I bought it 1 1/2 years ago. When I went to file a claim, it said I didn't have a receipt on fie. It took 3 or 4 times before the receipt that I fortunately still had was finally accepted by the program. Very frustrating. Had to make at least 5 calls to finally get covered for my damaged camera. Repairs will take a month with option of $50 eGift or $500 rental reimbursement. I asked around for renting a similar camera, mainly Glazers which is $125/day. Not nearly 1/4 of $500 to compensate the time while the camera is being fixed. Regardless, fortunate enough with the offer. $50 EGift is the better option than go through the hassle of reimbursements.
