"I purchased wireless headphones for my son's birthday. They were over $100, I would never dream of spending that much on headphones so I also purchased the square trade warranty. That was the best purchase I could have made. The headphones went though the laundry, needless to say they didn't work anymore. I filed a claim with Square Trade, sent the headphones to them and they completely credited my purchase price of the headphones. And all this within 5 days!! "I've sent tablets to SquareTrade to repair over 3 times. I've had excellent turn around period. The repair is so quick. They send out emails letting you know whats the process of the repair. I love it!"

"I have purchased many warranties through SquareTrade, and fortunately have never had to use any, until just recently. I bought a warranty for my iphone 6 and hoped I'd never have to use that one either. Well, I wasn't so lucky. While I was at work, I was in the locker room getting ready and my iphone fell out of my pocket from about two feet above the tile floor. "Nothing but a run around! First time I asked for a replaced phone because my software was acting faulty, they told me that I should completely wipe the phone to factory settings. I told them I did not want to do that, that was the furthest they helped. I left it alone and just dealt with the faulty software glitches. Recently, I dropped the phone and cracked the screen. "as I was explaining the failure of the chair in that the weld broke the rep cut me of and yelled that "there is no weld and that if there were a weld I would not have able to assemble the chair". I explained to her in the same tone that there was a weld and it broke and I offered to email her a pic of the failure. she hung up. "I called SquareTrade about repairing my iPad, sent all required information, then received no response. When I called back and emailed a few times but still no response. I finally got someone who knew how to find the repair order and found out that no one was working my repair order. Once a new person was assigned, everything went very smoothly. My iPad is now finally repaired and on the way back to me."

"I had to file a claim in April of this year (paid the 75 dollar deductible) and shortly after receiving the refurbished replacement phone, the power button stopped working. I called to get it replaced again and I was told because it had a gone a few days past 30 days I would have to pay another 75 dollar deductible. So basically I paid 75 dollars in April to get a phone that would last 35 days? horrible customer service and horrible replacement policies! I am cancelling my warranty with them."

"sent in my laptop to be fixed cause the arrows were loose and one had popped off. when i got it back that very night it popped off again. Since i am a gamer i use my arrow keys alot having one come off in the middle of a raid is not a good thing. "

"My iPhone 6 sustained water damage and no longer worked. A 5 minute call to square trade later and I was given instructions to walk into an apple store and exactly what to do. I was given a replacement iPhone FROM APPLE, not some third party. Submitted the receipt to Square Trade and within a week received a reimbursement check minus my $75 deductible. Bottom line: Square Trade is as advertised. No hassle. Minimal interruption in my life."
