"My Iphone 6 took a saltwater bath and was immediately dead. I could not complete the online process of making a claim and was directed to initiate a call. I did so and was told to bring my phone to apple and pay for exchange. I did so on a Saturday. On Monday I sent the receipt to Squaretrade and funds were deposited into my Paypal account in less than an hour. A very simple and painless process."

"I insured my espresso machine top to bottom with Square Trade, including accidental damage etc. Over a year after I bought it, a part failed and broke. Square Trade swiftly recompensed me, as that was more cost effective than shipping/fixing the item. I recommend them as a company, and also advise others with expensive items with moving/breakable parts to consider buying the total coverage-- as it really makes things worry-free."
"Filed a claim for a nonfunctioning laptop on May 2nd. Was able to use their mail in service after some negotiation. Notified that the laptop was not fixable and that the remainder of the warranty money would be mailed to me on May 11th ($20.39 - we had other repairs completed on the laptop in prior years). "I purchased the warrantly on my laptop in 2013.. I contacted Square trade because my battery was completely dead, I was told that I could purchase a battery and they would reimburse me. I emailed the receipt after placing the order. I received a paypal payment for the full cost of the battery within the next hour. I actually received the reimbursement before the battery was shipped.
