"Purchased an iPhone warranty nearly two years ago. When my phone was finally in need of warranty service, SquareTrade told me exactly what to do, sent me an email explaining it. I went to the Apple Store the next day, picked up a new phone, was back in business an hour later after the restore. The emailed receipt was forwarded on to SquareTrade. "I bought my first serious pair of headphones. They were just as I had hoped. Sometimes you have to pay more for better quality and that's what I did. With my bad luck in using headphones, I knew I needed to put some kind of insurance on these. One mistake and it could have been some good money lost. I used SquareTrade services through Amazon. "Purchased my LG 32 TV from TigerDirect 2012 with a 4 year warranty and Sat. Morning I heard a huge bang and a Transformer blew up and send a surge to my TV. Which was the only one plug in and on at the time. Even with 2 surge protectors (very good one's) it took out my TV. "Square Trade delivers! I recently encountered a defective item that was covered by my Square Trade purchase and called their warranty department. The encounter was so simple with so few questions I asked, I couldn't believe that my claim would be processed in the amount of time they stated it would be processed. "UPDATED REVIEW: First impression with a company is important but one bad employee can be damaging. SquareTrade made me whole after I got the issue escalated appropriately. That they responded is important. "I bought the 6 plus and recently screen cracked after I dropped on concrete. When i called to make the claim they couldn't even find me in their system..turns out the Verizon rep never filled in all the necessary items and so I went through the registration on the phone with Square Trade. "Terrible experience!! I sent my phone in for repair, that part was quick and easy, shipped out on Monday, back on Thursday, but when it was sent back, it was sent WITHOUT THE BATTERY!!!! I called back to ask for it to be shipped and instead it's "recommended" I purchase one on my own and send in for the reimbursement because they won't overnight my battery, better yet, they'll actually take a few days to even ship it out and not over night it!!
