"SquareTrade's promise of next-day replacement for your iPhone is a lie. I submitted the claim online on Monday. Today is Friday and I still have no replacement. After purchasing the warranty in October I immediately provided everything necessary to verify it. Now in February, I broke my phone and submitted the claim. 2 days pass with me hearing nothing, so I call them and am made to email (again) my warranty receipt. "This was my first claim ever...but to my surprise it was a very easy process and the turn around time was very quick..I sent in my tablet unfortunately it could not be fixed ..but the great news was they gave me a full refund .."

"Best experience ever on an insurance companny. I live out of the USA. They arrange to send me a full cost product ck after 2 years of using it. I had a 3 year warranty. They found out that they could not shipp the free postage to my address so I can return it in order to get the ck. They decided to send me the ck anyways and I keept the damage product. Great experience!!"

" I totally forgot I had the insurance I purchased on Amazon for my laptop. I was lucky to find it when I realized I had physically damage which needed to be fix. It was a 3 years plans and i filed a claimed online and they send a box with instructions how to ship to them. They kept me up to date via email in regards to my laptop being delivered there and getting repaired and email me when it was shipped out. It was very easy and simple and now I have my laptop. "While unhappy that my Magellan GPS decided to die I was very happy I had purchased a Square Trade Warranty when new. I made a telephone call to Square Trade and was e-mailed a FedEx label and once it showed tracking was instantly paid in full via PayPal and I purchased a brand new replacement from ebay and purchased another Square Trade Warranty with Accidental Damage Protection. "I bought a SquareTrade warranty for a hard drive I purchased on Amazon. This was the first time I had ever bought a warranty for a hard drive and I wasn't sure what to expect, but figured it couldn't hurt to buy it. Unfortunately, my hard drive went out 4 months later. I went on to the SquareTrade website and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to submit a claim. I then received an email with very simple instructions on how to return the broken hard drive. "I have mixed feelings about SquareTrade. On the one hand, claims go very smoothly as long as there are no problems. If you do have a question or problem, your only course of action is speaking with their call center in what seems to be a foreign country, most likely India. Now, I have no problem with foreign people, and I certainly don't have a problem with Indian people either.
