"For my broken iPad screen the overall claim process was fairly easy, but the repair part Square Trade used did not appear to be an oem quality part. I could see the digitizer lines in the display when viewed in horizontal orientation and the surface doesn't seem to have the same smooth feel that the old screen has. Overall I'm very dissatisfied with the repair, my beautiful retina display is not so beautiful anymore. "Terrible service on claim. I was instructed to take my phone to Apple for repair and they would pay. they keep asking for same documents to not pay. Update It took a few calls too many but they did replace my phone - Thank you"

"The absolute best warranty experience I've ever had. A laptop docking station I bought failed within 3 weeks of purchase. Square Trade had my money refunded within 24 hours of my first contact to report the problem. Kudos to Square Trade!"

"My device failed after over a year. It had served me well so I didn't think it unreasonable for it to fail. But I remembered I had Square TRade insurance (2 yr) and thought I'd try filing a claim. I hate filing rebates so I doubted I'd complete the claim. But it was so easy! The claim was filed quickly and easily and I received my refund. It was so easy, I even went to Square Trade's website to buy insurance for my new device."

"worst experience! opertator hard to understand. spoke broken english. got passed off to 2 different agents and no help. place in phone cue is horrible. it went from 4 minutes to 8 minutes to never picked up. phone calls back arent timely. this company isint there for you. dont waste your money."

"was told i could go to a apple retail store and there was not one close enough for me to go to, so there other option was that i had to contact apple and get a out of warranty replacement though them and then get reimburse the amount that they would charge and i did not have to money to front the cost of that, so they came up with an option that would work for me and satisfy me to do business with them again. very pressed with the way that they handled my claim and would gladly do business with them again and recommend them... read more

"I purchased the SquareTrade 2-Year Game Console Protection Plan ($350-400) through Amazon for a PS4 for ~$30. My console was experiencing issues with the disk reader right before Christmas. Although I had a warranty on the console, I wasn't expecting to have a new console until after Christmas, which means my family wouldn't be able to play any of our new games! "My computer would not start up and they told me that they would send me a refund for the amount that I spent, it's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received my refund i called them twice so far and they keep saying they have sent it but i have not received it."

"SO GLAD I GOT THIS INSURANCE: When my shaver developed an alien buzz, I called for service coverage, but instead got a refund of the full purchase price that I paid. It was refunded electronically, activated by FedEx's scanning of the pre-paid returned shaver. I dropped off at FedEx yesterday, and the credit shows in my PayPal account today. Right - I'm going shaver shopping!"
