"Filed a claim for a laptop with hard drive issues. Within 24 hours I had a return label, and cash in had within hours of sending out the laptop. I did not expect to get full purchase price back nor did I expect things to happen so quickly. Customer Service reminded me of days gone by when the customer really did matter. Will never purchase protection plans from a merchant again, SquareTrade is the way to go."
"Bought warranty with phone I bought off of ebay. The phone messed up with in the time period of the warranty. Figured there would be a hassle with a refund, but the hardest part was emailing them my receipt. After I emailed my receipt they emailed me a shipping label. I sent them my broke phone, they mailed me a check for the price of the phone. "
"I had a problem with a tablet that I had purchase about December of 2013. We all know when you purchase product they are always wanting you to get a warranty but because of the cost we don't want to because we figure we will never need them. "I have used Square Trade in the past and used to be one of their biggest advocates. I have bought their warranties several times. The one time I had to make a claim they were quick to complete the transaction, and their payment to me was FAST. My gripe is their price increase,example. I bought a new MOTO G phone for $100, the warranty from Square Trade would be $99 with a $75 deductible. Really, I want to pay $74 MORE for a warranty than for a replacement phone. "Over 18 months into a 2-year warranty, our daughter finally dropped her iPod and shattered the screen into a zillion pieces. I got online with SquareTrade and almost immediately was able to print out the shipping label. From the time I dropped the package into a FedEx drop box until the repaired item was back in my hands was 7 days, and that included the Christmas holiday and closely following weekend within that period. "I can hardly believe the service I received from Square Trade 2 year Warranty. Almost Two years ago I bought a Dell Computer for my Wife and included the Square Trade 2 year Warranty. My Wife experienced problems with the computer just a month and a half before the warranty was to expire. I called Square Deal and expected I might have a problem because of the short remaining Warranty coverage. the service was amazing!
