"Hassle-free and quick responses. I purchased a blu-ray player on ebay just over 2 years ago. 3 year coverage was offered on the item through SquareTrade at about $6/year. The blu-ray player stopped working properly and I reported it to SquareTrade. Within 24-hours I received a response and a prepaid shipping label to send the player back. Within 24-hours of mailing it I received notification my payment was approved and on its way back."

"well buying a phone from ebay is not always a great experience, but this time it was(thank u square trade).. the phone was a deal, worked for a while and then the dreeded... "This was not a good experience for me. Square Trade used to be very easy to deal with. Their customer service was always easy to work with in the past and a pleasant experience. They had American people working customer support back then. Now it appears that the majority of their customer support staff are not American. "Don't let the carrier's insurance gouge you. SquareTrade fully repaired my phone in less than a week for a lower monthly payment AND lower deductible than if I had just gone with Sprint's insurance. Signing up for coverage was easy, as was the claims process. I really see no reason to go with the carrier's option."

"I have used Sqaure Trade many times for various items I have bought. This last time I have actually tried to use my warrenty, it was a nightmare. Actually, I am STILL waiting for my refund. It started in August. I sent the item back, it came back shattered!! I sent the item BACK, it came back with a new screen, but the original issue still wasn't fixed. "I do not usually do this, but I purchased a extended warranty on a TV. I feel that if they don't last more than a year then they are not worth buying. But the price of $65.99 for 4 years seem reasonable. Boy am I glad I did this time. We had a bad electrical storm come quickly through our town.
