"I got a Square Trade (ST) warranty for my S3, back in 2012 - at first it all seemed fine, with a low price, but soon I realised you get what you pay for. In late 2014, I filled out a claim for my S3. Sure enough, customer service were nice at first, but not very knowledgeable on phones, let alone Android phones. You are asked to select three choices: 1) Get it repaired locally 2) Send it to Squaretrade 3) Take it to the Apple store for repair. 1) Get it repaired locally then copy then get reimbursed by Squaretrade, no recommendations for who or where and no cost limitations. 2) Simple enough process - I would prefer to have them send me a box to ship it in for safest shipment. 3) Take it to the Apple Store. Even though they are still not getting five stars within 24 hours of my first review Paloma Magallanes sent me an E mail stating she would work on the issues. Within 48 hours the issues had been addressed and 72 hours I received my gift card. She went out of her way to try to contact me regarding my issues and it is the only reason I'm giving back a few stars. "Not happy at all. I didn't know these guys and bought my warranty through Costco which I trusted at the time of purchasing my Note3. At the time of purchasing, they said I would receive a phone with a return package to ship them the damage phone. Now that the screen is cracked, they say, "we don't have it. Send it to us and we repair." MY phone is my business and cannot be without it even for one day. That was why I bought the warranty. I complained to Costco and they might replace it.
