"Worst protection plan ever. I had bought Samsung galaxy S5 with this protection plan. Unfortunately my screen got damaged and i am closely following up to replace my device since a month as repair is not an option for me. I am repeatedly told device in not in stock. Can't you order one? Why my phone was covered if you can't provide a replacement? I am bearing a damaged cell phone from a month even though I have a protection plan. I feel completely cheated. Would strongly suggest everyone not to buy this protection plan. "

"I had previously used Asurion several times as a warranty provider through different options. I had very bad experiences all times I had to put in a claim whether it be a misquote on the deductible, tat, customer service or lack of receiving the device. This caused me to be extremely weary of any company claiming to provide protection. SquareTrade blew me away and restored my faith in protection plans. "STICKERS IN LAPTOP AFTER RETURN. DISAPPOINTED. I send my 13" laptop for repair. When I got it back, they put a sticker as big as box shipping label(the one with barcodes) in my laptop and in my charger adapter. I have a white laptop, and putting those sticker pissed me off because my laptop is not that big. The worse part? On my charger adapter they put a sticker in top of a sticker and in top of a sticker (3 stickers!). That's not a professional work. "I recently purchase a Surface Pro 3 and paid for the Square Trade Coverage. Unfortunately the product was dropped and cracked the screen. I sent the product to Square Trade to be repaired. I received notification that the product was unrepairable and they would send me a check for $999.99. That was approximately 50% of the value I paid for the product. "A pair of walkie-talkies I bought from Amazon.com broke (the volume on one couldn't turn up) and my Square Trade warranty covered it. I printed off a shipping label provided by Square Trade, packaged and mailed back the broken items, and received an Amazon credit for about $10 less than I originally spent. The warranty was well worth the small amount it costed and I will purchase from Square Trade again."
"My tablet screen started to get some purple streaks down it :(. But Luckily I purchased the SquareTrade protection! After shipping to them with the pre-paid label they supplied, I got an email 1 day later saying that the damage was too bad to repair, and I got 100% of what I paid for the tablet back. Now I got to buy a brand new Surface Pro 3! SQUARETRADE RULES!"

"Excellent service. I have had 2 items under Squaretrade protection. The first was a tablet that had a bad habit of breaking its charging connector. I had to send it in twice to the manufacturer for warranty repair, and then once more times when it was out of warranty and it was sent to SquareTrade. Square trade could not fix it any longer, and simply refunded me the original purchase price. That's a crazy good deal for a warranty, particularly on tech which normally depreciates so quickly! "I dropped my new iPhone 6 just two days after I got it. I opened a claim but didn't recieve a notice for 3 days, so I called. The lady who helped me had a accent so it was hard for me to understand her. She helped me out but she was extremely rude about explaining to me how to send my phone and how I'll be reimbursed for having to buy a completely new phone.
