"Squaretrade never ceases to amaze me. Literally $2 part broke on my printer. Dropped it off at FedEx this evening and as soon as it was scanned the full purchase price of my printer was in my PayPal account! Not to mention they paid to ship a 40lb box!"
"Square trade answers calls immediately. No long waits. They are thorough and professional. Once a claim is approved they will collect $75.00 and give you available options. In my case I could either send my iPhone 6 in for repair or go to nearest Genius Bar for a replacement. Unfortunately for me, the nearest Genius Bar was 4 hrs away! No one else had replacements. The phone is too new. Once I got to the store the transaction was smooth and I was on my way with a brand new iphone."
"Realatively painless refund system, although I would have preferred a repair/replacement option for my printer, rather than just being told to bin it. Also had to point out to customer service person that I couldn't print their statement as I was claiming for a broken printer, but she was then very helpful about posting me a paper copy. "

"The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Everyone I talked to told me a different story! Here is the "service" I received: 1. Filed claim and shipped tablet PC for repair. I was told I would hear something within a week or two. 2. Called after 2 weeks to check status, was told it couldn't be repaired and they would deposit the money in my PayPal account within a few days. 3. "I bought my son a laptop on ebay and purchased a 2 year warranty through SquareTrade and it was the BEST thing I ever did. 3 weeks before the warranty expired, the hard drive completely DIED!! I called them, and had a reimbursement check coming to me in the mail immediately----so refreshing to actually be covered by a company who cares and does not fuss with claims. I will always use this company from now on!!"
"Poor customer service this time....Delayed service on product by 4-5 days by requring "sales receipt" that according to their system was already received. When questioned they responded that the seller entered the information, but they didn't have it. I asked if they had ever requested it from me and they stated "no". Due to the fact that I travel alot and was not at home and had to contact the store and obtaint it from them. It was just a big hassel and the subject continued to surface and delay repair/replacement."

"Squaretrade's logistics is great!! Repair work sucks. my tablet was not powering on, the battery was dead. when it came back repaired, the OS was all erased, a new OS was installed, which was corrupt to start with. i could not activate it, update it or in any way use it.. i'm sending the device back to squaretrade P.S i'm very unhappy that they didn't mention what was done on the tablet, what was replaced, etc. it's surprising that even your customer service dept didn't have this information --Gopa "
