"Took more than 30 days for them to process my claim and I still have not got a refund I cannot in good faith and good conscience recommend anyone use Square trade for now on I will definitely go with another party"

"Before I met ST I would buy the department store warranties and when my items broke they would get mad and didn't want to fix or replace my items. They would use every excuse possible to leave me hanging after I purchased their expensive insurance. Well after meeting Squaretrade things got better. I Thought they would be a rip off too until I had to file my first claim. "I bought a Square Trade Warranty over a year ago for an electronic Milk Frother with a high repair rate. Square Trade gave me a refund for the entire amount lightening fast, even paid for shipping to return item. It seems that they made the refund as soon as I registered the FedEx shipping label at the local shipping office, before they even got back the item! "

"I am very unhappy with Square Trade. My daughter purchased a tablet and 3 year square trade warranty. 5 months later the screen was cracked. I submitted a claim and they replied that they would not fix the tablet. I called to find out why and they said it would cost too much. They would reimburse me the purchase price of the tablet but would not prorate the warranty or transfer it over to the new tablet. I will stick with other warranty providers in the future. "Fast and Simple service. Had a hard drive go bad and they refunded the cost of the money with no trouble. Will def use SquareTrade Warranty again. "

"I am so relieved that I purchased the Square Trade warranty! My tablet broke after the manufacturer's warranty expired. I contacted Square Trade and, literally, the day I sent my broken tablet to them, I received a gift card in my email. My new tablet is paid for and it is on its way."

"I bought a tv on eBay and a SquareTrade warranty and about 8 months later the buttons on the tv quit working file a claim with SquareTrade and they cut me a check for what I paid for the tv.... Great investment "

"Once the claim was approved, and repair receipt for claim submitted it took less 7 hours for square trade to process and send a refund check. They made it easy to file and send receipt. I did not have to fill any forms an Amazon receipt for purchase took less than a minute, and repair receipt from Bestbuy another minute, and I done with whole process."

"I bought a warranty for a tablet I bought as a gift almost two years ago. The tablet was dropped and broken a week before the warranty expired. I contacted square trade who replaced the full purchase amount of the tablet within two days. Very easy to use and will definitely buy a warranty again."
