"I bought a Square Trade 3 yr warranty at Costco when I bought my Viore TV. With Costco's 2 year warranty this made 5 years of coverage. This was my 1st time to buy a SD warranty, but it will not be my last. I cannot tell you how easy & how fast my claim was paid. 48 hours after emailing a copy of my receipt, a photo of dead TV and my warranty then emiling a signed affadavit I had my full purchase price deposited in my Paypal account. Wow! I never thought any company had this good of service. "
"I was bargain shopping on eBay and found a good deal on a used and slightly older home theater projector. Having had problems in the past with this style unit ($200 bulb blows, power supply failure, etc.) I was concerned about how long it might last. I noticed the Square Trade warranty option and investigated. I researched company feedback and saw mixed reviews, but given the 150% of purchase refund option, I decided to give it a try, it was only $20 extra. "Here’s an update to the review below, which I foolishly wrote completely checking out the “repaired” camera. Which came back with scratches on the viewfinder, kind of like bringing the car in for an oil change and coming out needing a brake job. When I called to report the problem, they were responsive and emailed me another Fedex return label. "i bought my tablet over a year ago and had to have it replaced 1 time before this time. when i got the 1 back from the company of the tablet it was a used 1 and had problems too. this time i had to called square trade to have it replaced and i was surprised when i was told that they will send me a check so i could buy a new tablet. i really like the way they handle it better then the company of the product. and when it came to shipping i only had to pay for the bubble wrap and a box. which was almost 20.00 less than i paid ... read more

"When I clicked the option to have ST call me a female from another country called me and I was NOT able to understand her and I ended the call hoping to find another way to file a claim. I then found a number to call ST I did and reached a Male Agent in the U.S. He was able to handle everything in less then 10 minutes, faster if I had already sent in my receipt. "

"Tablet stopped working one day. Would not turn on no matter what I did. I was depressed what a lss, Then I remembered "We have Square Trade" So I called...... In no time at all we had a refund...Great program and they mean what they say.....Thanks Paul in Minnesota"
"Had a warranty they honored immediately, ask to return the non working item with a pre paid fed ex label that they emailed me, and refund the full cost of item on a Amazon gift card as requested, fast process just make sure you register your product and receipt as they instruct."
"a few weeks ago while watching tv it died. i had bought this tv 2 yrs. ago through amazon. at the time i also purchased a 4 yr. warrenty plan through square trade. the next day i called them to get the claim process started. within 2 weeks i received a credit to my amazon account. today i purchased a replacement tv through amazon. i also bought a new square trade 4 yr. policy for it. just for the heck of it i called square trade to see if the remaining 2 yrs. of my old policy would carry over to my new tv. the lady then sai... read more
