"I WANT TO START BY SAYING THAT I THINK SQUARE TRADE IS SIMPLY AN AMAZING WAY TO SECURE YOUR ELECTRONICS. I WAS SO EXCITED WHEN I SAW THEM OFFERING WARRANTY ON EBAY AND THAT GOD THEY DID. I HAD BOUGHT A PROJECTOR AND HAD A VERY HARD TIME WITH IT AND EVENTUALLY IT WENT ALL THE WAY OUT. THANK GOD TO SQUARE TRADE I WAS ABLE TO SIMPLEY LOG IN TO MY SQUARE TRADE AND FILE A CLAIM. "Best warranty company Period. Easy to buy and easier to file a claim..Son had an accident with his new beats headphones after only a month and it was covered with no hassle.Got the check in less then a week and my son alreadt has new beats on him..Bought extended warratys from a few places like best buy for one and it didnt cover accidents unless you pay extra, so does square trade buy when i asked best buy employee how to get the extra adp he had no clue. So from now on only squareTrade for my family. "

However luck was not smiling last month when I arrived at a conference with an LCD projector that did not work. "After purchasing a protection plan from Square Trade, I turned around and canceled it because they are next to impossible to get hold of, or talk to a real person. I was having an issue and after holding for more than 15 minutes, to find it would be another 10 minutes, I found a way (very difficult to find I might add) to email them.
