"Let me say that I have purchased several Squaretrade warranties over the past few years. In the past, they were very responsive and covered items quite easily. My recent experience on an issue with my iPod Touch was the exact opposite. I sent the iPod in for repair due to the Home button not responding when depressed. "SquareTrde is hands down the best option for warranty PERIOD. In my case I bought a sound card that did not perform as I expected. Of course the retail store was of no help so I called SquareTrade customer service and within ten minutes my claim was processed and my full refund was assured. I printed out the UPS postage info (shipping was free) and within a couple of days I had a check in the mail. My next electronic purchase will DEFINITELY be covered by SquareTrade. "
"I purchased a HP Photosmart Premium C309a on 7/23/10 along with the SquareTrade 3 year warranty. The HP AIO printer worked very well over the last 2 1/2 years until about two weeks ago when the Wireless Radio just died and I could no longer print wirelessly from my laptop and tablet. I have purchased several warranties from square trade because they provide a reasonable discount on warranty and their good reputation on the review of having a lot of positive comments. "I bought a used item from eBay and it failed after about a year. It only sort of quit working, so I expected a hassle when trying to get it repaired or refunded. Instead, I found SquareTrade made the process very simple. I did have to call in at one point but that was because they didn't understand the issue by email. However, the people by email and by phone were very professional and easy to deal with. I will be buying many more SquareTrade warranties in the future."
"A year ago we had trouble with the icemaker. Contacted SquareTrade and they put us in touch with the builder, as it was still within the 1 yr. warranty. They sent me the part and I replaced it. Ran great for about another year when the thing just stopped. Contacted SquareTrade and they sent me a check. I won't buy an appliance if I can not get a SquareTrade extended warranty."
