"When Square Trade started offering its services I was skeptical. Today if I can purchase an item and have a Square Trade warranty on it it will be purchased. I had to make a claim, unfortunately, against the Bluetooth speaker that I gave to my stepdaughter for Christmas. She dropped it and it stopped working. Square Trade refunded the entire cost. "My laptop has been in repair for a month and counting. Every time I call they tell me they will find out what is going on with my repair and call me back. Squaretrade has not ever called me back and my laptop is still being repaired. A new motherboard took three weeks to get there and now I am being told that it won't pass their testing process that takes 2-4 days to run. I am normally a huge fan of repair plans but Squaretrade has just been giving me the run around and I would not recommend them."

"Don't Buy the Warranty at the store. Square Trade blows away the competition. I bought a warranty at Best buy once and had nothing but problems from them not wanting to repair the item to telling me it was working correctly until I spent my own money to send the item back to dyson for repair. I have had at least 6 or more warranties with Square trade and never ever an issue. I recommend Sqaure trade to family and friends with true confidence. Square Trade The ONLY way to have peace of mind ."
"This was my first purchase from SquareTrade. Purchasing the protection was a breeze, uploading the receipt was also a breeze. filed the first claim with them, & everything fell into place. Took less than 6 hours to get back to me about how i should proceed. Ship the item out the next day, once they had it in their hands they sent the check out to me. Will buy another policy with them."
"We purchased a portable DVD player over 2 years ago. It started to work intermittently so we sent it in to Square Trade. They paid for the shipping. While they were unable to fix it we were issued a check for the full amount of the purchase price of the player! I never thought that would happen. "So I purchased a printer in 2011 I went to print something last week and nothing changed ink turned off and on did everything then I remembered I got square trade for 3 years. Thank god I did I was afraid when I called that they would give me the run around... I was so wrong the person I spoke to was very nice and told me that they were going to email a prepaid return label and gave me a option of full credit by check or full credit by amazon gift card i asked for the gift card because i was going to purchased another print... read more
"I called, thinking this was a waste of time, after the hard drive on my desktop was over 2 years old. Square Trade responded the same day, and set up an interview with a repair companies tech. After he had me run a couple of tests, He ordered a new hard drive for my Dell Inspiron 580. It arrived about 4 days later, and took a couple days to get a time when a service Tech for Bannister to sync up a time to repair it. When it was all said and done, They had replaced the hard drive, and cost me nothing. Thanks Square Trade."
