"I purchased the warrantee for a i pod docking station and about 10 months later the docking station didn't have sound. I couldn't find my paper work so I just went to the web site and gave them a call. No ifs, ands, or buts, they just sent me a return label that I printed out and the reimbursed my money.... very quick and easy. Highly recommend!!!"
