"Purchased warranty thru retailer (Costco) with purcahse of a new Cell Phone. Have used Square Trade in past and unfortunately had to make a claim due to loss of Phone. They were above board, responded quickly and settled claim immediately."

"My warranty claim required two clarification emails which took Squaretrade two days to process. Once my claim was approved, my phone was supposed to be shipped but never showed up. Two follow up phone calls promised all was remedied and the replacement would be on the way. Over a week later, on my third call, problem resolved with a rep who said my first calls were not documented. They ended up paying out the phone for full retail value ( tax included ). "I have purchased several SquareTrade warranties with the hopes that I would never need to use it for fear that it would be a complicated process. However, with 4 months left on one of my SquareTrade warranties, the product finally failed. "I had never been a true believer or warranties until recently. Item I purchased from Crutchfield broke due to wear and tear or possible item was not built well. Squaretrade send me a shipping label and refunded me in full for an item I purchased about a year+ ago and I got the B & W P5 instead. That is not call awesome I do not know what else is.. with this day and age on economy, companies playing insurance scams. SquareTrade is the real deal. No % deduction or anything. "I am amazed how quickly your warranty service was. On day 1 I reported the problem. On day two, I got the pre-paid UPS label. On the third day I received the Amazon gift certificate that was the cash value of the item that failed. Basically, it took about 48 hour all told. I was surprised that you did not even wait to receive the failed unit so you could test it. You took my word for it. I'm really impressed with your business model."

"What isn't to love about square trade? I broke my tablet only seven days after buying it.I filed my claim online at 7pm on a Friday night and by Sunday they refunded my money!I didn't run in to any problems.I bought another tablet and purchased another warranty that day.you cannot go wrong with squaretrade,."
