"My dehumidifier self-destructed 2 days after the manufacturer's warrantee expired. I filed a claim with SquareTrade online and got an e-mail approving a refund of the full purchase price within 24 hours (though it was a weekend) along with a pre-paid shipping label. The actual refund (an Amazon gift card for 105% of the purchase price) arrived immediately after I dropped the box off at UPS. Painless and perfect! "

"I absolutely love square trade, I have been using them for years and when I am at a store and am offered a warranty I pull out my android phone and do a quote instantly and tell the sales person nope I can get a warranty for a fraction of what you are trying to sell me with ADP. That shuts them up pretty quick. I have 12 items with a warranty currently and in the past had to file a claim for 3 of them, each time was so quick and such an easy experience. "This company is the real deal. I cant say it more clear. They do wahat they sell. I was totally bummed when my receiver went bad. Narrowed all other possibilities and it boiled down to a circuit in the receiver playthru. I was totally skeptical about an on line warrantee but I was totally impressed. They are fair and do exactly what they say they will do with no delay. "

"Square Trade's service is priceless. They handled my claim in the quickest manner. I received a "full" refund for my product in just a few days after they received my item for verification. I was payed the same day the item was deemed unrepairable. Square Trade's service is irreplaceable and I would not buy a warranty anywhere else. "

"LOVE, LOVE LOVE Square Trade's quotes, their frequent 30% off specials, their unbelievably quick response and fulfilling a contract (or repair) as needed. "The DVD drive in an IBM desktop computer warranted by SquareTrade died. As the failed drived locked up the machine while being in the machine, I disconnected it and purchased a new one while filing a claim. Because of this the claim was turned down. I have the old drive that I could have sent them had they requested it, but they simply turned down the claim. I canceled this policy and all others with SquareTrade. Look elsewhere for extended warranties. You get what you pay for. "
