"Phenomenal company. I plan to recommend SquareTrade to all my friends. After purchasing an iPad2, I wanted to get a warranty that would cover damage due to an accidental drop. Unfortunately I had an accidental drop that dented the case and cracked 1/2 the glass display. Fortunately I had the warranty to fall back on. I entered an online claim. "While in general the process was easy and the refund was made, I was not happy at all with, and could not understand for any possible reason why, I had to furnish my receipt for the purchase. Clearly you had a record of my purchasing the warranty. That should be the end of it. No other proof of purchase should be required as you would not have given me a warranty for something I didn't buy. I view this as a way for you to get out of making the payment. "My digital camera conked out after only 7 pictures but luckily this was the one time I had purchased a Warranty from SquareTrade and after trying to repair the camera they decided it was irreperable and sent me a check for the full purchase price. No mess no arguing friendly service prompt and to the letter what they promised. Dr. William C. Edell"

"I had a Sony receiver that I bought from ebay and insured with SquareTrade for a year. It failed towards the end of the insured year. I contacted SquareTrade and they directed me to take it to a local repair center to have it evaluated on my expense. That took a few weeks, and when I had a repair quote, SquareTrade just didn't reply to me until the insured year was over. And then they just said it's out of warranty, it doesn't matter the claim was made while it still was under warranty. A total waste of time and money."

"I had my laptop repaired,with no questions ask.I called about the problem was told to send it in w/there cost.Then with in 3 days received it back at no cost to me.I've used this company for a few years now and never had a problem with them.I give them an A+"

" With a 2.5 yr old daughter that loves looking and taking pictures we go through more cameras than pairs of shoes in a year. We are on our 3rd camera since a little over one year. Luckily we used SquareTrade for all of our past cameras in the last few years. We have been using the "Drop and Spill" insurance that is price less with young kids in your house. "My laptop stopped working, and Square Trade sent me a postage paid UPS label to return it. They refunded my full purchase price, and the check came really fast! Their prices are much lower than anyone else, and I wont warranty with anyone else! THANKS SQUADE TRADE!"

"i called them about about a matter that my mp3 player wasnt working right they ask me a few questions then i was told they were going to email me a shippinglabel i had to mail the item back to them it didnt take but maybe 10 mins on the phone and i was told that it could not be fixed and that they will be refunding my purshurse price of said item when they get it back and all said and done with it took around 4 days to complete everything i was really impressed they are a good company"
