I have twice had issues with glasses (new lenses with edges chipping off and a broken frame spring shortly after purchase of another pair of glasses). Both instances were the result of manufacturers' defects. Allstate paid both claims promptly and with no hassles. I still don't understand why the manufacturers were not held liable and the provider didn't replace for free.

Customer service lacking. Went round and round on replacement TV and it appears they were only concerned with size not brand or original purchase price. Could not talk them out of replacing a Samsung (original) with a subpar LG. All other equipment in home is Samsung..

I'm completely satisfied with the resolution from Allstate.
