I was very pleased with the prompt service of Allstate Protection Plan. It took less than an hour to get a resolution for the problem.
The technician tried to make the necessary repairs by replacing the defective lighting in the refrigerator freezer and found that the way the LED lights was causing them to fail. He said this was due to how the insulation is done within the walls and ceiling of the unit. He had to use force to remove the light in the freezer causing the cabinet interior to crack.
