One of the valves in our AC was broken and it was low on freon. Once I called American Home Shield, they went ahead and on the following day, Right Tech called me. Right Tech did a good job. They came in on time and took care of my AC unit. They showed me the part after the tech took it out. They did a lot of stuff to it. They fixed it and double-checked everything. We went into our laundry one night because we heard a noise that we hadn't heard before. I turned the washing machine off and even though the machine was off, when I opened up the lid, the water was still pouring into the tub. It was a panic situation because the drum was almost completely full of water and the load that we had in the washing machine was probably no more than about six inches deep. They fix what they come here for, they clean up and they’re professional and friendly
We had two claims with AHS, one for the ice machine on the refrigerator and another for the refrigerator, which wasn't cooling at all. The Arrowhead tech fixed the refrigerator and he fixed the top of the ice machine but the bottom still isn't dispensing ice. But that's okay. He was very kind and courteous. Our claim for the AC unit was not too great, though. We live in Arizona with hot temperatures and it took a week and a half to get somebody out here to fix our problem. But it's working fine now.
