Filing the claim was very easy. You go on the website, put in your problem, and you get a confirmation minutes later. The guy who came out was very professional and answered questions. He was really nice. He did a great job and fixed everything. They were a good service company. I would recommend them.
RG Plumbing & Rooter was very informative. They helped me with all the problems that I had. If they couldn't fix it, they gave me some solutions on what I should do next. American Home Shield was good and helpful. It was just that since it started in September, they said that I was gonna get a packet, but I didn't receive anything in the mail.
My air conditioning unit wasn't blowing cold so I contacted AHS through the American Home Shield app on my phone. It's very simple to navigate and I love it. I've been very pleased with American Home Shield's service and I had no problem with it. Usually when you request either online or in person, you get a callback within 24 hours of who's gonna come out. And they identify themselves when they come out so you feel really secure about it. But I learned that instead of doing a claim online, I should call American Home Shield because if I wanna request a certain service, I get who I want that way. One of the burners on my range went out, and I couldn't figure out how to get it fixed. I needed to hire an electrician to come in and fix it, which Home Shield recommended somebody. He came and fixed it. It was an excellent experience. It didn't take him any time at all. He had to do a little troubleshooting. He had to call the manufacturer because it's not a common brand to have. It's an AGA range. He did an excellent job. It’s the first time I used the policy, and it worked out very well.
Everything was great with Premier Appliance. The guy walked me through the process, told me what the issue was, walked me through how he was gonna fix it, and gave me his contact information in case the fix didn't work. I like the quality of Quality Plumbing. They're nice, kind, very professional and did things in timely manner. I look forward to having them back again when I have any plumbing to be done. I will be requesting them. It's a great company. I had a leak and they came right away. I have had Home Shield for a very long time, and what I like about them is when you call, they put a claim in and they're right there with their people. Now, sometimes, the companies that they pick are not good all the time but Quality Plumbing is.
Myers Comfort came out and then came back and did the work they needed to do so the AC is doing fine right now. Initially, when the tech came out, he put some Freon in it, and it didn't work because he said the evaporator coil was leaking. He had to come back and change out the evaporator coil.
