I like to call when I submit claims to American Home Shield. The technicians are good as well as the experience with AHS. Young Plumbing Services came out and replaced the unit. It's been fine.
American Home Shield is a very good service to have especially when your home gets a little older and you're possibly gonna have more issues. We were with a competitor for our first two years in the house. That recommendation came from our Realtor so we stayed with the same one. We kept seeing the commercial about Home Shield so I called them to see what the price difference was and it was a little bit cheaper so we decided we would try it out and see. My niece recommended American Home Shield. She is a realtor. Submitting a claim was very quick and easy. Our recent claim went well. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and knew exactly what was going on. When he came in, he put his booties over his feet and he had a mask. We kept our social distancing. We had an AC that went out and Kingwood Air Solutions was the selected company. I did the claim online to American Home Shield. The website was okay. They said the contractor will contact us. At which time, we did and they notified me of the appointment time. The service was spot on. So, the AC works. I’ve used Kingwood before.
