THE BEST! AHS has covered 3 homes for me for about 10 years. When I really needed them, they had not only repaired but REPLACED major appliances. My wife manage over 30 properties for several investors who use other home warranties. It's like a nightmare getting timely service. Getting nonrefundable items replaced is like putting teeth. AHS is the way to go!

Plumbing issue still persist as the contractor did not fix the items as the warranty states as being covered.
