Our AC unit was leaking. We made a claim for it and we had a wonderful experience. The contractor was really good and was very knowledgeable in every way. He solved the problem right away. Our AC has been excellent since then. American Home Shield has been very helpful and they respond within 24 hours which is great. Service callout providers have been getting much better. Only reason for not rating 5 stars is annual fee.
I have a new fridge. But door on its icemaker stopped working. There was a bad circuit board and the tech from MC2 Appliance Service had to order a new one. About five days later, he came back out and replaced it with a new part. It works fine now. I've used American Home Shield three times and each time has been pretty straightforward and simple. Water was coming from under the dishwasher. It was stopped up. I called Home Shield, and then Tucker Appliance Repair called me. Everything was fine.
The water in the dishwasher wasn't draining out. It was in the bottom of the tray. The technician from The Supreme Service came in and he was very professional. He had a mask on and I had one on as well. I talked to him within the six feet distance and when he showed me the dishwasher, he backed away. I came forward and he told me where the issue was, and he fixed it. He ran the dishwasher and let it run its course. He said that the dishwasher was clogged up with built-up grease.
