Most times very good. One time we were told that the supervisor would call us that day and no one called. Then we were told he would call us within 24hrs, no call. How ever we did get the problem resolved.
The experience is good; however, I would wish it were easier to speak with an actual person.
Clothes Dryer would not heat up. Repair man showed up with a part and fixed it immediately.
