Everything was wonderful with Hornet Appliance Services. They had to replace the panel on the microwave. I wasn't home when they came out. My mom and dad were there, and they're both deaf, and I know that they were really good with my parents. That makes a big deal for me. The part took about a month to come in. The lamp and the bulb are in the fan and I never used the fans. I only use the lamps. I always operated from a switch on the wall. One lamp broke because it would turn on and then turn off. The fan never worked and the other fan also never worked. There was only one remote control and that didn't work either. The diagnosis was that it's not the lamp that is broken but the remote. They don’t live up to promised response time.
They are there to help when you need them
The Response was fast and the unit was replaced
Our dryer was making a noise. It was very easy submitting a claim with American Home Shield. The contractor was supposed to be here between 8:00 and 12:00. He called earlier in the morning and he informed us well in advance that he was not gonna make it for that time, and that was fine. At least he let us know, so that was really good. Then once he got here, the service was quick and efficient. The repair was not completed because he needed to order a part, but he got it functioning so that we can use it. This was our first use of the American Home Shield services. They were on time for the initial evaluation, provided a very knowledgeable technician, found parts for a discontinued appliance, and again provided an excellent technician who was on time, personable, and left us back up and running. We highly recommend American Home Shield.
