We’ve had this company’s warranty for shy of 2 years and this was the first time we had to use them! Customer Service was great and everything was complete and backup running, ac, in less then a week! And the company they used is GREAT and very Professional! Thanks so much

My experience with American Home Shield was easy and efficient. I submitted two claims this year. One was maybe around May and another in August. I submitted my claim online then I got an email about that night both times. Then I got a call from the technician the following day. They were courteous, professional and on-time. The second one that came was much more thorough and addressed the problem compared to the first one. I felt like the first one did a quick patch then just left.
The contractor that came out to get everything done was good, very efficient, and professional. He was even able to get done with the job faster than what we anticipated, so we were happy with him. I had a little bit of an issue with American Home Shield because we found out something that we needed to get done wasn't fully covered. American Home Shield has handled all of our issues we've had very professionally so we've never had an issue. There was once it took them a little while to resolve it but things like that happen. Recently, they sent Mr. Appliance for the dryer. They were able to put us on and get us with a local vendor and the local vendor was able to come out quickly, take care of what we needed and had us back up and running in 24 hours.We've had American Home Shield for about nine years. Our compressor was making a horrible noise and it wouldn't connect with the other part of the air conditioner. It would blow off and keep going on and on. There was some little tiny part on the air conditioner that was broken and wasn't cutting the outside thing off at all. I did a claim online and it seemed to be better than trying to call somebody. I had several different areas that I had no lights in my house and on the back patio. Bay Star Electric came out and they were terrific. Since then, everything’s perfect. The repair was important and I needed it. The experience with American Home Shield was excellent and I’d use them again. This is my fifth house that I’ve used them and they’ve never steered me wrong.
Service is good and the communication is great
The always come through with repair or replacement, though not expeditiously sometimes. y
