Lack of being able to speak to someone when there is an issue,
All servicemen were courteous and on time. My only complaint is that I have never been contacted by AHS regarding my oven pay-out.

Great first experience. Very quick repair service, scheduled fast and very efficient. Technician had to get approval from AHS to replace racks in our dishwasher. I figured this would take at least 1 week, but he got the approval on 1 day!!

For the most part my experience has been good. However the last plumbing company gave me attitude because I was asking questions. They left without completing the job. They didn't even bring tools in on the first visit. And when they came back the next day, having punished me for asking direct questions then they lectured me about not having done the job the first visit because they didn't like my attitude. AHs DID NOT ADDRESS MY CONCERN OVER THIS ENCOUNTER.
