Good service! Washer broke down. Did send someone out to fix. Now waiting on part to come on. Just takes time between waiting on repairmen and then waiting for part then repairmen to come back out! But warranty is worth it to me!
Our heater quit when during the coldest stretch this year. They communicated with the vendor and had us back up and running in 24 hours. This is amazing because they had to have the repair part shipped in.
