This company is on the fence for me. I've had some good companies come out but more than not I've had to get a 2nd opinion by another professional, who actually fixes the problem.
Coverage is good and repair request happens quickly
even though it was a difficult problem to track down they stuck with it till all problems were solved.
They seem to use quality companies to perform the work.
Service was quick, i was always kept up to date, great customer service
AHS has been helpful in tesolving issues, but some service providers are better than others.
Excellent and professional service. Repairs offered in a timely manner. Technician were respectful and very professional.
The repair experience was satisfactory. I just think the pricing could be more affordable, but overall glad we have it.
