The customer service is great. The coverage has been great so far, but there is more that could also be covered. Having this coverage saves us money for having to repair or replace appliances and issues with our house. It's worth it!

Anytime that I have had a problem with any home appliance or heating and air, they were right there to fix it.
My washing machine repair took 2 months to complete. I was definitely on the bottom of the list of importance to the appliance company AHS referred me to.
I've had two issues in the first 90 days that I needed them to repair. On both occasions they were fast and efficient repaired (replaced) on the first visit!
Based on my last experience, I would rate AHS 5 Stars, but my prior experience with AHS was not good. It depends on whether AHS sends out a reputable company to do the repair.
