went without water for several days but The plumbing resolved. The service person was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job and I was extremely pleased.

I have had 2 service requests so far and both were responded to almost immediately and a repairman was out within 5 days to fix my issues! It's well worth the monthly fee!

The last experience I had with them for the dishwasher went very well and I give them a plus on that but the time before this last year when my hot water heater went out I had to pay $2400 upfront to have it all done. American Home Shield told me I could choose anyone that I wanted and I did and they came out and they did all the repair and did an excellent job but then American Home Shield refused to reimburse me and that I can't abide with
