I feel that services are to slow when there is an issue with an appliance. In my case, I placed a work order on 1/7/22 and an appointment was schedule for the next day. I was excited because my refrigerator was not cooling properly. Services had previously being done and all I thought was great. But that was not the class. At this time, I have not heard from anyone from American Home Shield. y.
