I am very happy with the professionalism of all of the employees that I have spoken with and the quick response to handle the problem I was having with my refrigerator.

We are very happy with our first experience with using our Home Shield policy. I think the $100 service fee to begin the process is too expensive. The policy was purchased to begin with to deter these fees!

It has been hit and miss. Unfortunately, you are unable to assist me with my AC issues. We need a bigger unit according to the tech. AHS considers that an upgrade and will not cover it.
